Cyanotype printmaking is a camera-less technique that involves laying an object on paper or fabric coated with a solution of iron salts before exposing it to UV light and washing with water to create white and  blue images. Cyanotypes are colorfast and archival prints.

This class, taught by Ruby Dosen, will take you through cyanotype printing on prepared fabric sheets.  You will receive 4 prepared 8.5x11" fabric sheets for the class.  These fabric sheets can then be used to make anything you wish, such as throw pillows, sachets, placemats and more.
