  -Customer: refers to the company, organization or person that signs up to use the The Wild Hare Mercantile Service to manage the relationships with your consumers or service users.
  -Device: any internet connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer or any other device that can be used to visit The Wild Hare Haberdashery and use the services.
  -Service: refers to the service provided by The Wild Hare Haberdashery as described in the relative terms (if applicable) and on this platform.

Return & Refund Policy

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at The Wild Hare Haberdashery. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at The Wild Hare Haberdashery, you agree to the terms set forth below along with  Privacy Policy.

If you aren't happy with your purchase, or it arrives damaged, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.

In order to receive a refund on items that aren't damaged, the items need to be returned in the original packaging.  

Please contact us at info@thewildharehaberdashery.com to request a refund, and we will provide you with a return shipping label.

Refunds

We at The Wild Hare Haberdashery commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. 

Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be notified via email and a refund will be processed. 

Please note that The Wild Hare Haberdashery is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.

We will review your returned items as soon as we receive them and if the above guidelines are addressed, we will proceed to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take a couple of days to process.

Shipping

The Wild Hare Haberdashery is not responsible for return shipping costs. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.  Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Product Availability and Limitations

Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, The Wild Hare Haberdashery may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. The Wild Hare Haberdashery reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when The Wild Hare Haberdashery confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, The Wild Hare Haberdashery will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
